The information provided during your consultation represents solely the opinion of ”Face Value Solutions”, Ltd., and is NOT to be considered medical advice of any kind, or a substitute for a consultation with a physician, dentist, medical practitioner or other professional.

The consultation fee includes REASONABLE follow-up via email for a maximum period of 60 days. After that time, another consultation may be scheduled by phone or in-person as needed. Face Value Solutions, Ltd. reserves the right to determine what is reasonable in terms of follow up.

In some cases, one consultation may be sufficient. Simple follow-up questions may be addressed via email. However, most of our clients schedule follow-up consultations by phone or in-person as they have additional questions throughout the process. Clients often return periodically for additional consultations as they are considering additional services, or for general information regarding any topic. We view the client relationship as an ongoing one.
